This document defines the rules of engagement for all interactions with Inceptus Labs. Our entire methodology is built on a foundation of clarity, precision, and mutual respect. This protocol is designed to reflect that. It is for leaders who are committed to moving from gambling to knowing. By engaging with our services, including the use of this website, you acknowledge and agree to this protocol.

1. The Nature of Our Intelligence (Intellectual Property)

All content, frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary systems presented by Inceptus Labs, including but not limited to the “Kingmaker’s Challenge,” the concept of “Performance DNA,” and the “Predictive Talent Architecture” (The Cognitive Engine, The Operational Signature, The Motivational Compass), are the exclusive intellectual property of Inceptus Labs.

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the output of our services (e.g., your Hiring Blind Spot Analysis, reports from a Predictive Hiring Engagement) for your internal business decision-making purposes only. You are expressly forbidden from reproducing, reverse-engineering, teaching, or distributing our proprietary methodologies or “intelligence” without prior written consent. You are engaging our expertise, not purchasing our intellectual property.

2. Strategic Briefings & Engagements (Scope of Services)

Hiring Blind Spot Analysis: This is a strategic diagnostic, not a guarantee of future results or a commitment to a further engagement. The insights provided are based on the information you supply and our proprietary analytical framework.

Predictive Hiring Engagements: The specific deliverables, timelines, and investment for any Predictive Hiring Engagement will be detailed in a separate, formal Statement of Work (SOW). The terms of that SOW will supersede this document where applicable.

3. Your Code of Conduct (Client Responsibilities)

We engage in high-stakes strategic work. We expect our partners to operate with a corresponding level of professionalism. By engaging with us, you agree to:

Provide Accurate Information: The quality of our intelligence is dependent on the quality of your input. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information to the best of your ability.

Maintain Confidentiality: You agree to treat all proprietary information, methodologies, and specific insights gained during our confidential briefings with the same level of discretion you would your own most sensitive strategic data.

Engage Professionally: All interactions will be conducted with mutual respect.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our system provides predictive intelligence, not a crystal ball. We provide a powerful, data-driven layer of insight to dramatically improve your decision making. However, the final decision to hire or not hire any candidate rests solely with you.

Therefore, Inceptus Labs is not liable for the performance of any candidate, the outcome of any hiring decision, or any subsequent business results. Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

In no event shall Inceptus Labs or its principals be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific service in question.

5. Protocol Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any engagement, at any time, without refund, if a client’s conduct is deemed unprofessional, unethical, or in violation of this protocol. We choose who we work with.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This protocol and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of London, United Kingdom.

7. Protocol Updates

We may update these Terms of Service as our services evolve. Any significant changes will be communicated. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your consent to the new terms.
